Leasing
We respond to all inquiries promptly and pre-screen all prospective applicants. All applicants are evaluated based on credit, criminal background, employment verification, and rental/residency history. Our thorough screening adheres to all applicable laws, including Fair Housing and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. After securing a qualified tenant, we will procure the leasing paperwork and collect a security deposit. From there, your property manager will schedule a walk-through, noting the condition of the property prior to move-in.
We work diligently every month to make sure your rent is collected on time. Tenants are offered numerous ways to pay their rent, making the process quick and easy. The rent proceeds are then deposited into your account. We are all on 24 hours a day to tend to any emergencies or maintenance issues.

Hunter Realty & Property Management is there every step of the way. You can be assured that your property is being well cared for 24 hours a day. We will keep you informed of all pertinent information, such as maintenance issues, lease renewals, financials, and more. We are here to answer all of your questions and concerns and strive to offer you the best service.
In addition to rent collection, HRPM provides all of our property owners with detailed monthly financial statements, including receipts, disbursements, and delinquencies. We also oversee evictions, bad debt collection, and 1099 preparation for tax purposes.
