Brad is a graduate of Appalachian State University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Blessed with a successful career in residential sales, property management, and project management in the Triad for many years. His early career in Retail  Management with a top home furnishing retailer has helped Brad understand how to take care of our clients. Brad is a member of the  National Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors, and the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors. He is a former board member for WSRAR, as well as the Property Management Division. Brad also has a background as a NC Licensed Home Inspector. Brad and his wife Shauna; along with their children are blessed to call North Carolina their home. Brad has been honored with the following awards and recognition:

Paul grew up in Winston Salem and has been a life-long resident of our fine city. With a degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University,  Paul has over 40 years of experience in Banking, Operations Management, Construction, Real Estate, and Property Management. He is a member of  the National Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors, and  the Winston Salem Regional Association of Realtors. Paul was honored in  2017 as the Property Manager of the Year.

Shannon Mastrototaro

 Shannon Mastrototaro has been specializing in residential property management and Real Estate Brokerage for twelve years. Her area of expertise is single family homes, condos, and townhomes servicing Forsyth Co, Stokes Co, Davie Co, and the High Point area in Guilford Co. She started her Real Estate career after graduating from Appalachian State University and worked her way up, starting as an administrative assistant and junior bookkeeper. Her multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, communication, and always going the extra mile for her client is what sets her apart from other Real Estate Brokers. For consecutive years she is a multi-million dollar producer and has managed hundreds of investment properties in the Triad. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Appalachian State University, she has also earned a Paralegal Technology degree from Forsyth Tech and is a NC Notary Public.  A graduate of Leadership Lewisville Clemmons 2022, co-chair for the WS REALTOR Association Home Inspectors Committee 2022-2023, Treasurer for WS REALTOR Association Property Management Division 2022, and Vice-President for the Property Management Division 2024. When she’s not mastering real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening. Her enthusiasm for serving others and dedicated work ethic adds to the superior service our firm provides.

Wiley has lived in Winston Salem for most of his life. After playing soccer  and football for North Forsyth High School, he earned a BA in  Communications from Concord University. Wiley has a background in radio  as a news director, and in television news as post-production staff and  editor. In his free time, he enjoys attending concerts, where he can  usually be found by the soundboard, capturing audio recordings to share,  listening to records, rooting for his favorite soccer team - Manchester  United, and spending time with his wife Katie and his dogs.

 Kayla was born and raised in Clemmons, NC and a graduate from West Forsyth High School. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, her experience as a Multi-Family Property Manager for almost 10 years gives her profound knowledge of the markets in the Triad region. Kayla’s customer service skills make her a top tier professional when working with her clients and her willingness to go above and beyond sets her apart from others. Kayla has worked with owners and investors to ensure they receive the highest return on their investments. When Kayla is not working Real Estate, she is spending time with her two daughters. They enjoy being outside and movie nights. Kayla also takes pride in being involved in the community that she not only lives in but was raised in as well.

Jason  comes to us with a background in Accounting and Finance. He is a  graduate of Forsyth Tech with an AAS in Accounting. In his day to day  role, Jason handles the company finances, A/P, A/R, and monitoring the  overall performance of the office. In his spare time, he plays tennis,  enjoys exercise, fitness instruction, gardening, cooking, and spending  time with his family and friends.

Christi resides in Winston  Salem with her husband and 3 children. Christi handles the marketing for our properties and listings. She also oversees the property inquiries, office related functions, website development and updates, and assists  with the application process. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking and spending time with her family and friends.

Bailie is native to Winston Salem, NC. She is a recent college graduate from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Working her way through her 4 years there, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and a minor in Interior Architecture. She is also a graduate of West Forsyth High School located in Clemmons. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor adventures, taking her dogs for walks, and spending time with family and friends.

Cliff was born and raised in West Monroe, Louisiana. He graduated from the  University of Louisiana-Monroe with a BA in Marketing. After working in  Sales and Marketing for 27 years, he chose a career change to Real  Estate in September 2016. Cliff and his wife, Jody, moved from Dallas, TX to Clemmons,NC in 2003 and fell in love with the community. They have  two children in college and Maltese dogs who run the house. Cliff is an  avid football fan and loves the outdoors.

Marsha also has experience in interior design and staging. Marsha has designed, built or renovated many homes over the years and it is  her joy.  She has a B.A. Degree in Sociology and Psychology from Gordon  College in Wenham, MA outside of Boston. Marsha  specializes in the western area of Forsyth County, especially  Lewisville, Clemmons, Sherwood Forest, Buena Vista and Brookberry Farm.  She also sells in other areas of Winston-Salem and Kernersville.
