Leasing
We respond to all inquiries promptly and pre-screen all prospective applicants. All applicants
are evaluated based on credit, criminal background, employment verification and
rental/residency history. Our thorough screening adheres to all applicable laws, including Fair
Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act. After securing a qualified tenant, we will procure the
leasing paperwork, and collect a security deposit. From there your property manager will
schedule a walk through, noting the condition of the property prior to move in.
